Excellent product- moronically designed packaging

Hello Andrex. When are you finally going to take on board your customers comments and do something about your product packaging? You have an excellent product which is badly let down by being almost impossible to remove from the packaging without damaging the tissue. And, once you've extracted it, and replaced the half a dozen other tissues that came with it, the packaging no longer seals properly. This isn't rocket science and, contrary to your belief, the packaging is not just a medium to advertise the product ... it also has to be functional. Yours clearly is not! The star rating is for the tissues; the packaging ergonomics receives 0 stars. The recommendation is because I don't know of an alternative.

Clean and fresh.

These wipes left me feeling clean and fresh. I love how safe they are fir the environment too.

I love washlets but they can be a nightmare to get out of the packet. I'm also annoyed I can't get replacement dispensers anywhere.

Time for better packaging

I buy these regularly, they are great and much more hygienic......but, they cost a lot more than toilet tissue, yet getting them out of the packet is a nightmare. They don't pop up one at a time. Sometimes it's like finding the end on a roll of sellotape, they stick together, 4 or 5 come out of the pack at a time. Can't you sort this out Andrex ?
